Consultation

Our team of experts will visit your site to determine its current state of cleanliness. Based on a ten-point checklist we will create a deep cleaning plan to completely rejuvenate your site. They will also work with you to determine a systematic maintenance plan outlining the daily, monthly, yearly work to be completed.

Deep Clean

The deep clean sets a baseline for all further maintenance. Depending on your needs we will clean each area thoroughly using the latest expertise and technology. Once this is completed we will then have a standard to adhere to for the rest of your plan.

Maintenance

Once the deep clean is done your customized janitorial plan will take effect straight away. Our supervisors will continuously monitor our teams to ensure that we follow your detailed plan and meeting your needs. The plan at anytime can be changed to accommodate changes to the buildings demands and use.
